He Holds Us Up 

Heavenly Father, 
We thank You today for Your mighty right hand that holds us up when we feel weak, uncertain, or overwhelmed. You promised in Your Word that You would strengthen us and help us, and You have been faithful to that promise. 
Thank You for the moments when we felt like giving up, yet somehow found ourselves still standing. Thank You for lifting us above fear, sustaining us through trials, and giving us courage when our own strength ran out. When the ground beneath us felt unsteady, Your hand was our firm foundation. 
Lord, we acknowledge that we are upheld not by our own abilities, but by Your power and grace. Continue to hold us up as we move forward, trusting that as long as we are in Your hands, we will not fall.
