(Isaiah 41:10)
Heavenly Father, We thank You today for Your mighty right hand that holds us up when we feel weak, uncertain, or overwhelmed. You promised in Your Word that You would strengthen us and help us, and You have been faithful to that promise. Thank You for the moments when we felt like giving up, yet somehow found ourselves still standing.
Thank You for lifting us above fear, sustaining us through trials, and giving us courage when our own strength ran out. When the ground beneath us felt unsteady, Your hand was our firm foundation.
Lord, we acknowledge that we are upheld not by our own abilities, but by Your power and grace. Continue to hold us up as we move forward, trusting that as long as we are in Your hands, we will not fall.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
(Isaiah 49:16)
Faithful God,
We thank You for the assurance that our names are written on the palms of Your hands. In a world where people forget, overlook, and move on, You remain constant and mindful of us.
Thank You for seeing us when no one else notices, for remembering our prayers even when we forget the words we once spoke. Thank You for knowing our struggles, our hopes, and our silent tears. Your Word reminds us that we are permanently marked by Your love.
Lord, help us to rest in the truth that we are never forgotten, never abandoned, and never out of Your care. May this truth bring us peace and confidence as we walk each day knowing we are always before You.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
(Isaiah 46:4)
Gracious Father,
We thank You for carrying us through seasons we could not have survived on our own. You have carried us through grief, uncertainty, change, and transition, just as You promised in Your Word.
Thank You for lifting burdens we were never meant to bear alone. Thank You for carrying us when our faith felt fragile and our hearts felt heavy. Even when we didn’t realize it, You were sustaining us step by step.
Lord, teach us to release what weighs us down and trust You to carry us forward. Remind us that we do not have to struggle in our own strength, because Your hands are strong enough to sustain us.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
(Psalm 34:18)
Loving God,
We thank You for the comfort of Your hands in moments of sorrow, pain, and heartbreak. When words failed and answers were few, Your presence brought peace to our spirits.
Thank You for being close to us in our brokenness, for gently holding us together when life felt overwhelming. Thank You for comforting us in ways only You can—quietly, tenderly, faithfully.
Lord, continue to wrap us in Your comfort. Heal wounded hearts, restore weary souls, and remind us that we are never alone in our pain. Let Your hands bring peace where there has been heaviness and hope where there has been despair.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
Dear Creator,
As the sun rises and a new day begins,
I pause in gratitude for the gift of life,
For the air I breathe, the beauty that surrounds me,
And the countless blessings I often overlook.
Fill my heart with positivity and my mind with clarity.
Help me to embrace each moment with grace and purpose,
To see challenges as opportunities to grow,
And to spread kindness and light to those I encounter.
May my words be uplifting, my actions meaningful,
And my spirit a beacon of hope and love.
Guide me to focus on what is good,
To appreciate what I have, and
To trust in the journey ahead.
Thank You for another chance to learn, to give, and to thrive.
I begin this day with a joyful heart and a grateful soul.
Amen.
Heavenly Father,
We thank You for bringing us into a new year.
Not because we were perfect, but because You are faithful.
Lord, we confess that sometimes our lights flicker.
Sometimes the oil runs low.
Sometimes the storms, like Hurricane Melissa and the storms of life, shake us hard.
But today, we ask You to refill us.
Pour fresh oil into our lamps, God.
Oil for hope.
Oil for courage.
Oil for love when love feels hard.
Oil for forgiveness when wounds run deep.
Help us to shine; not dimly, not occasionally, not when it’s convenient or politically/socially expedient, but boldly and consistently, when we are uncomfortable, when we are out of our comfort zones.
Let our light shine first in our homes, then in our communities, and into the world.
May people not have to guess who we belong to.
May they see our good works, our testimonies, our grace/humility and give glory to You.
Make us, Lord, a family shining its light of hope in 2026.
Make me, Lord, an individual, shine my light of hope brightly in 2026.
And we declare, no flickering lights here.
We will hit the darkness with the light of Christ.
In Jesus’ mighty name we pray,
Amen.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of gratitude.
We thank You for our angels and our hardworking batch mates who have answered the call to serve.
Thank You for placing compassion in their hearts and strength in their hands as they give of themselves
to help others in Jamaica.
Lord, be their covering.
Protect them as they travel, as they organize, as they distribute, and as they serve. Shield them from harm, fatigue, and discouragement. Renew their energy when they feel tired and lifttheir spirits when the work feels heavy.
Bless every donation given—large or small.
Multiply it, Father, so that it reaches further than expected and touches lives in ways only You can orchestrate. Let every package carry hope, dignity, and love to those who receive it.
We ask that You bless the people of Jamaica who are receiving help.
Bring comfort where there is loss, relief where there is need, and hope where there is uncertainty. Let them feel seen, valued, and remembered.
Lord, reward our angels and batch mates not necessarily with riches, but with peace, good health, favor, and the quiet joy that comes from knowing they have done Your work. May their actions inspire others to give, to care, and to stand in unity.
We thank You, God, for hands that serve, hearts that care, and love that moves beyond words into action.
We place them all in Your care, trusting You completely.
In Jesus’ name we pray,
Amen.
Heavenly Father,
As we stand at the edge of a new year, we pause to say thank You.
Thank You for carrying us through a year that tested our strength, our faith, and our endurance.
Thank You for the challenges that stretched us, the lessons that shaped us, and the grace that
covered us when we did not have the words or the strength to pray.
Lord, some days were heavy.
Some nights were long.
Yet here we are—still standing, still believing, still trusting You.
We thank You for protection seen and unseen, for doors You closed to shield us, and doors You opened to move us forward.
As we cross over into this new year, we do not come empty-handed—we come with gratitude.
Gratitude for life.
Gratitude for provision.
Gratitude for family, friends, and community.
Gratitude for Your mercy that renewed us every morning.
Father God, we ask that You go before us in the year ahead.
Cover our plans with Your wisdom.
Order our steps according to Your will.
Give us clarity where there has been confusion, peace where there has been unrest, and courage where fear once lived.
We pray for health in our bodies, peace in our minds, and purpose in our spirits.
Teach us to trust Your timing, to walk by faith and not by sight, and to lean not on our own understanding.
In this new year, Lord, help us to love deeper, forgive quicker, serve more willingly, and live more intentionally.
Let this be a year of restoration, alignment, and answered prayers—not always in the way weexpect, but always in the way You know is best.
We cross over not by our own strength, but by Your grace.
And for that, we give You all the glory, all the honor, and all the praise.
In Jesus’ mighty name we pray,
Amen.
Heavenly Father,
As this year draws to a close and a new one begins, we pause in Your presence with hearts full of gratitude. Thank You for carrying us through a year that tested our faith, stretched our strength, and refined our spirits. Thank You for the challenges that did not defeat us, the lessons that shaped us, and the grace that sustained us when we were weary.
Lord, we acknowledge that it was not by our own might that we made it through this year, but by Your mercy and unfailing love. You were our shelter in storms, our light in dark moments, and our peace when answers were unclear. Even when we stumbled, you held us steady.
As we cross over into this New Year, we do so with humility and hope. We release the burdens, disappointments, and fears of the past year, and we step forward trusting You with what lies ahead. Cover us with fresh grace, renewed strength, and clear direction.
Father, in this new year, we ask for wisdom in our decisions, courage in our calling, patience in the waiting, and faith in the unseen. Help us to walk in love, to extend grace to others as You have extended it to us, and to be instruments of peace wherever we go.
We pray for health in our bodies, clarity in our minds, peace in our homes, and purpose in our lives. Let this new year be one of deeper faith, stronger unity, and greater alignment with Your will.
Thank You, Lord, for allowing us to see another year. We step into it with gratitude for where we have been, trust for where we are going, and confidence that You will go before us.
We give You all the glory, honor, and praise.
In Jesus’ name we pray,
Amen.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, humbled by Your grace and mercy. In moments when life feels unfair, help us to remember that You are sovereign. Strengthen our faith when our hearts are weary and our minds are filled with questions.
Teach us to trust You in the valleys and on the mountaintops. Let us find peace in knowing that You walk with us through every trial, every storm, and every unfair moment. Just as Job held onto his faith and just as Jesus endured the cross, help us to remain faithful in our own journey.
May Your Spirit guide us, comfort us, and remind us that Your love never fails. We trust You, Lord, even when we don’t understand. Help us to walk faithfully, knowing that Your plans for us are good, even when the road ahead seems uncertain.
In Jesus’ name, we pray,
Amen.
Heavenly Father,
Heavenly Father, we come before You, acknowledging that we often seek quick answers, instant results, and the easy path. In a world that pushes us to rush through life, we ask for Your guidance and patience. Teach us, Lord, to trust Your timing, for we know that You make all things beautiful in Your perfect plan. Remind us that even when it seems You are delayed, You are never late.
Lord, help us to embrace the process, the growth that comes with hard work, perseverance, and faith. Give us the strength to wait on You, to rely on Your wisdom instead of the fleeting promises of the world. May we learn to appreciate the journey, knowing that every step brings us closer to the purpose You have set for us. As we move forward, help us to release the need for quick fixes and instant gratification, knowing that Your timing is always best.
We trust in You, Lord, knowing that Your ways are higher than ours and that You hold every moment of our lives in Your hands. May we be patient, steadfast, and unwavering in our faith as we wait for Your perfect will to be done.
In Jesus’ name, we pray.
Amen
Lord, in this world where so much is fake, we come to You seeking truth. Help us to see past the lies and distractions that surround us. Guide our hearts and minds to recognize what is real and everlasting. Strengthen our faith in Your promises, and let us stand firm in the truth of Your Word.
Thank You for sending Jesus, the ultimate expression of love and sacrifice. In a world full of illusions, we place our trust in You, the God who never changes, who never deceives. Keep us grounded in Your love, and may we always walk in Your truth.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in a world racing for “now,” seeking instant rewards and solutions. Teach us to slow down and embrace the beauty of patience. Help us to remember that Your timing is perfect, and the best things in life are worth the wait. Guide our hearts, especially the hearts of the young, to value effort, growth, and perseverance. May we seek fulfillment not in quick fixes but in lasting joy rooted in You.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Our Heavenly Father,
We come to You with penitent hearts, acknowledging the many ways we have been led astray by the desires of this world. Lord, forgive us for chasing after fleeting things, wealth, appearances, and the approval of others, when true joy and fulfillment can only
be found in You.
We pray for those who are misguided, for those who are desperate to belong, to fit in, and for those who sacrifice their peace and well-being to pursue illusions of happiness. Open their eyes, Lord, to the treasures that cannot be bought: love, kindness, humility, and the contentment of living in Your purpose.
Teach us to prioritize what truly matters and to find our identity not in the things of this world but in You. Help us to let go of envy, pride, and insecurity and to embrace a life of simplicity, gratitude, and faith.
May we all learn to walk in wisdom, knowing that we are already accepted, loved, and valued by You. And may we, in turn, be a light to others who are struggling, guiding them to the truth that only You can provide.
In Jesus’ name, we pray.
Amen.

We come to you today with heavy hearts and open hands, asking for your wisdom andhealing touch. We lift up all those who are battling breast cancer, those who havesurvived, and those who walk beside them on this journey. We ask for your strength, notjust for the physical fight, but for the emotional and spiritual battles that come with it.
Lord, we know that you have made our bodies fearfully and wonderfully, and we ask for guidance in understanding them. Help us to seek the right balance, the right treatment, and the right care. Give us the wisdom to explore paths of healing that nourish the entire person, mind, body, and soul.

And Lord, let us not be driven by fear, but by faith. Help us remove the stigma and the shame, replacing them with hope and courage. Let your healing hand rest upon all who suffer, and may we, as a community, rally around them with love, understanding, and a desire for true transformation.
In your name, we pray, Amen
For the Victims: Heavenly Father, We lift up every woman enduring pain in the shadows. Grant her courage to step into the light, to see her worth, and to know Your love. Protect her steps as she seeks safety. Surround her with support, strength, and the assurance that she is never alone. Heal her wounds, physical and emotional, and restore her to a life of peace and joy.
For the Abusers: Lord, we pray for those who harm. Pierce their hearts with conviction and lead them to true repentance. Help them seek help and transform their hearts and minds. Break the cycle of violence and replace it with a spirit of love, respect, and humility.
For the World: Almighty God, may we as a community rise against this violence. Teach us to support, to listen, and to act. Let us be a light for those in darkness and a voice for those silenced. Amen.
Heavenly Father,
On this day, as we celebrate the birth of our nation, we come before You with hearts both heavy and hopeful. We thank You for the freedoms we enjoy and for the vision of democracy that has guided this land for centuries. Today, we acknowledge the challenges we face, the divisions that threaten our unity, and the hatred that sows discord among us.
Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon our nation. Restore our hearts to love and respect one another, despite our differences. Guide our leaders with wisdom and integrity, that they may serve with humility and a true desire for justice and peace. Grant us the courage to stand against divisive rhetoric and actions that harm the fabric of our democracy.
We pray for a spirit of understanding and reconciliation to sweep across our land. Help us to listen to one another with open hearts and to work together for the common good. May we be reminded that our strength lies in our diversity and that our future depends on our unity.
Bless our country, Lord, and help us to live up to the ideals upon which it was founded. Let us be beacons of hope, freedom, and love in a world that so desperately needs it.
In Your holy name, we pray. Amen
Heavenly Father,
You are the Creator of all people, and we are made in Your image, each one of us equally loved and cherished by You. Today, we come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your help in transforming our minds and spirits so that we may love and embrace immigrants, not as strangers or outsiders, but as our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Lord, remind us that Your Son, Jesus, was once a refugee, seeking safety in a foreign land. Help us to see Your face in those who journey far from their homes in search of safety, opportunity, and peace. Teach us to open our hearts and our communities, extending hospitality and kindness, just as You have commanded us to love our neighbor.
Forgive us, Lord, for the times we have been indifferent or unwelcoming. Break down the walls of fear, prejudice, and misunderstanding that separate us from one another. Replace them with bridges of love, compassion, and respect.
Give us the wisdom to treat immigrants not as outsiders, but as part of Your family, knowing that in Your Kingdom, there is no division—only unity in Christ.
In Your mercy, guide our leaders to craft just and compassionate policies that honor the dignity of every human being, regardless of where they come from. And may we, as Your people, be the hands and feet of Jesus, serving and loving all who cross our paths.
In the name of Jesus Christ, who welcomed all with open arms, Amen.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts burdened by the challenges our world faces, especially in the realm of music, which has such powerful influence. You have gifted us with the ability to express ourselves through song and rhythm, and we thank You for the talents You have placed in so many artists.
Lord, we pray for the Dancehall and Rap artists who hold the microphone of influence. Help them to recognize the power of their words and the impact their music has on listeners, young and old. Inspire them, O God, to use their voices for good, to spread messages of love, unity, and respect, and to lead the charge for healing in communities broken by violence and division.
May they lay aside clashes, bashes, and destructive rivalries, and instead, join hands and hearts to create a movement of positive change. Fill their lyrics with hope, their beats with peace, and their platforms with purpose. Let their music be a unifying force that brings people together from all walks of life, reflecting the love You have commanded us to show one another.
Guide them, Lord, to reclaim the power of music as a tool for good, a language that crosses borders and bridges divides. We pray that through their influence, they will uplift, inspire, and heal, becoming instruments of Your peace and love.
In Your holy name we pray, Amen.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the soldiers who have given so much to protect the freedoms and peace we hold dear. For those who have gone before us, we ask that their sacrifice never be forgotten. May their courage and service continue to inspire us to seek justice and peace in our world.
We lift up those who continue to serve today, standing in harm’s way so that others may live without fear. Grant them strength in their missions, wisdom in their decisions, and courage in the face of adversity. Protect them, Lord, as they protect others, and bring them home safely to their loved ones.
For the families of these soldiers; those who wait in anxious hope, who carry the weight of worry, and who grieve the loss of their loved ones; we pray for comfort and peace. Wrap them in Your love and grace, and remind them that their sacrifice, too, is known and honored.
We also remember those soldiers who return home broken in body or spirit, struggling with wounds both visible and unseen. We ask for Your healing touch upon them, Lord. Surround them with a community of care, understanding, and love, that they may find the support they need to rebuild their lives.
Let us never take their sacrifices for granted. May we, as a nation and as individuals, strive to honor them not just with words but with actions that offer real support, dignity, and respect.
In Your holy name, we pray. Amen!
Holy God,
We come before You knowing
that nations thirst,
and power seeks fuel.
But before hands reach across borders,
before eyes fix on oil beneath foreign soil,
we remember You, the only true Source.
For oil in the ground is temporary,
it runs dry,
it spills,
it fades with time.
But You, O God,
are the oil that never empties.
The anointing that does not leak away.
The flame that burns without consuming.
America does not need to capture oil,
for You are the oil.
The oil of wisdom when decisions are heavy.
The oil of restraint when power tempts.
The oil of justice when profit calls louder than peace.
You poured oil on heads, not on tanks.
You anointed hearts, not pipelines.
You taught us that what sustains a nation is not what it takes,
but what it trusts.
Remind us, Lord,
that dependence on the earth will always be fragile,
but dependence on You makes a people steady.
Let us not trade eternal provision
for temporary supply.
Let us not mistake possession for protection,
or extraction for strength.
Be the oil we seek.
The oil that heals divisions.
The oil that softens hardened hearts.
The oil that lights the way without destruction.
Turn us back to You, the well that never runs dry,
the source above all sources,
the God who sustains nations without spilling blood or land.
We choose the oil of heaven over the oil of the earth.
Amen.
O Lord, whether or not You were born today,
We bow in awe and humbly pray.
This sacred season, we celebrate,
The gift of love You orchestrate.
Your birth, O Christ, so humble, so small,
Yet it brought redemption for us all.
A manger cradled Heaven’s King,
While angels rejoiced and dared to sing.
Immanuel; God with us here,
Through darkest nights,
You draw us near.
A light has dawned; the world now sees,
The Savior born to bring us peace.
Not just a day,but what it means,
Salvation’s hope, love’s perfect gleam.
Through You, the Father’s promise came,
And history forever bore Your name.
Teach us, Lord, this Christmas Day,
To honor You in every way.
Not just in words, but in our deeds,
To serve the world and meet its needs.
O Child divine, O Prince of Peace,
May love through us this season increase.
We thank You for the gift You gave,
A life laid down, a world to save.
This day we bow, this day we sing,
To Christ, our Lord, our risen King.
Whether or not You were born today,
We’ll honor Your birth and walk Your way.
Amen.
Heavenly Father,
You are the Giver of all good things,
the Creator of life, and the Source of love.
You gave us Your greatest gift, Jesus Christ,
to redeem us from sin and show us the way to eternal life.
Yet, Lord, we confess that we have often
focused more on what we can
receive than on how we can give.
We hoard possessions while others go without.
We cling to our time while
others yearn for a listening ear.
Forgive us, Father, for our selfishness.
Transform our hearts to reflect Your love.
May we give not just out of abundance,
but out of a deep desire to bless others.
Help us to see that our time, kindness,
and presence can heal wounds no material gift ever could.
Lord, we pray for a spirit of generosity
that lasts beyond Giving Tuesday,
beyond the holidays, and into every moment of 2025.
Let this new year be marked by love in action;
feeding the hungry, comforting the lonely,
and lifting those burdened by despair.
May we teach our children to seek joy in giving,
to ask for others’ needs before their own,
and to be lights of compassion in a darkened world.
Father, as we give, remind us of Your promise:
that what we do for the least of these,
we do for You.
May our giving glorify You,
and may it plant seeds of hope, love, and faith
that will bloom in Your perfect time.
In Jesus’ name, we pray.
Amen.
Almighty God, Creator of heaven and earth, our refuge in every storm, we come with hearts heavy yet hopeful. You have seen the destruction across our island, yet You remain on the throne.
We lift before You every Jamaican who has lost homes, crops, and livelihoods. Comfort those who mourn, strengthen the weary, and restore those broken by fear and loss. When our strength fails, be our strength.
Bless our firefighters, soldiers, police, nurses, and doctors who serve tirelessly. Grant them protection, courage, and endurance. Cover our utility workers, farmers, and fishermen; provide for them and multiply what remains.
Grant wisdom and unity to our leaders as they guide rebuilding efforts. Stir hearts near and far to give, serve, and help our nation rise again.
Lord, restore Jamaica, not only physically but spiritually. Let faith rise where fear has settled, love rebuild where loss has entered, and unity triumph over despair. Remind us that no storm can wash away the foundation of Your love.
Help us to “be still, and know that You are God”; still in trust, still in faith, still in hope. Turn ruins into restoration, sorrow into songs of praise, and fear into faith.
Cover our children with peace and comfort our elders. Heal both the visible scars and the hidden pain. Let Your presence be felt in every shelter, hospital, church, and home.
When we cannot see the way forward, light our path. When we are tempted to despair, whisper hope. When our tears fall like rain, remind us that joy will come in the morning.
Unite Jamaica as one people, bound by love and lifted by Your hand.
In Jesus’ mighty name we pray,
Amen and Amen.
